In 1893 George and Carrie Montgomery founded the Home of Peace. Rich in Christian and local history the Home has roots in the Holiness Movement, Divine Healing Movement, Assemblies of God, and the Christian and Missionary Alliance.
Today we operate as a Christian non-profit organization to provide accommodations and meeting spaces to individuals, missionaries, pastors, churches, and other non-profit groups. The peaceful grounds are ideal for conferences, couples getaways, indoor and outdoor brunches & luncheons, banquets, teas, weddings and much more!
Built in 1893 this Victorian style home has 16 guest rooms available with en suites or shared bathrooms. Much of the original furniture has been preserved for your use and enjoyment.
